The St. Andrew church of Christ in an effort to establish a presence within the immediate and surrounding communities. We have developed a multi-pronged approach which sees us partnering with the Kencott and Kew Road communities, primarily via the Melrose Infant, Primary and Junior High School, as we seek to meet the needs which exist within these and other communities.
Our Dorcas Day Clothing/Food Drive and Medical Campaign is a major part of the initiatives we undertake. This involves us distributing clothing supplies, conducting parental counselling as well as (basic) medical checks.
The overall aim of this effort is to not only facilitate us attending to those in need as we carry out a part of our outreach mission, but will also enable us to continue to build on a relationship we established with the communities over the years, as we work to seek and save the lost through the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
